Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Once you have successfully placed your order with payment received, you should receive an order confirmation email in your inbox. If you don't receive one within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us via email at support@mystiqueorchid.com. 

We aim to pack your order as quickly as we can, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be dispatched. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with your tracking information.  

All parcels are sent with Sendle and come with tracking.
 Delivery times may vary depending on the postage option you have selected, the country or state you live in, and remote and rural locations.  

Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Sendle directly. We are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Mystique Orchid.

At Mystique Orchid we believe that a healthy environment is key to a healthy spirit. That is why we use sustainable packaging from HeapsGood which is home compostable or recyclable.

SHIPPING COSTS  

We use Sendle to ship our products. Due to the constant changes in shipping prices and many variables involved, your postage cost is calculated by Sendle at checkout taking size, weight and delivery location into consideration.
