Refund policy

Physical Products

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges, based on change of mind. So please choose carefully.

We do not accept order cancellations, once an order is placed, it is final. Please feel free to contact us with any concerns you may have regarding your order as soon as possible at support@mystiqueorchid.com.

We do our best to make sure you order is packed with lots of thought and care. Your items are just as important to us, as they are to you, and we want to ensure your order arrives safely, and is packaged for ultimate protection.

However in the event your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Damaged and defective items are determined at our discretion, and we will require photographic evidence in order to complete the refund or replacement process. You will then be asked to ship the items back to us within 7 days of delivery. We will organise a replacement of the item, If this isn't possible we will organise a full refund.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, this must include valid tracking.

Appointments

Appointments cannot be refunded but can be rescheduled until 48 hours prior to the appointment.
